Wallace Plese + Dreher (WP+D) unanimously elected three new partners, Randy G. Brammer, CPA, CCIFP, Michelle L. Flynn, CPA, and Sara B. Nance, CPA, effective July 1, 2016, bringing the Firm’s total partners to nine.
Randy G. Brammer, CPA, CCIFP joined the Firm in 2004 as a Staff Accountant. Previously, he worked with a medical air transportation company. Randy manages financial statement engagements and evaluates internal control systems. As a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), he provides specialized assurance and consulting services to general contractors, subcontractors, structural contractors, building owners, and real estate developers. Actively involved in Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), he serves on the Board of Directors and Membership Committee.
Randy earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Arizona University and Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Grand Canyon University. He holds a certified public accounting license in Arizona.
Michelle Flynn, CPA joined the Firm in 2008 as a Tax Manager. Michelle offers tax planning, business consulting, and advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses. Specializing in estate and trust tax planning, she educates family-owned businesses on potential tax liabilities and develops individual tax planning strategies for minor children and spouses. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked for one of the largest California-based accounting and consulting firms, where she provided tax and consulting services to international corporations and public companies.
In 2015, Michelle was recognized in Arizona Republic’s Who’s Who in Business. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Master of Accounting from Washington State University. She holds certified public accounting licenses in Arizona and California.
Sara B. Nance, CPA joined the Firm in 2008 as a Staff Accountant. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked with one of the nation’s largest CPA firms in their global employer services tax group. Sara also lived in the Philippines for several years, further broadening her understanding of global business management and international tax administration. She consults with small to mid-sized business owners on a variety of tax matters, including U.S. compliance with foreign account reporting and other international tax matters. Sara works with Arizona-based companies in business entity selection, strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions, and financing solutions.
Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Drake University. She holds a certified public accounting license in Arizona.
