Leslie Prichard, CPA

Leslie is a partner with over 15 years of public accounting experience in accounting, audits, and reviews. She concentrates on building stronger internal controls and improving financial reporting for companies in Chandler, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and throughout Arizona. She manages some of the Firm’s most complex audit engagements and educates owners about best practices and appropriate standards for their business. Some of her clients include an industrial recycler, commercial auto dealer, commercial food producer, fuel and lubricant distributor, and aerospace machine shops. She specializes in employee benefit plan audits, defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, and ESOPs, and works with plan sponsors on best practices in plan administration, regulatory compliance, and activity related to plan mergers and terminations.
As part of the Firm’s mergers and acquisitions team, she serves as a sounding board and objective advisor to business owners selling or acquiring a private company. To prepare owners for the sales process, she reviews letters of intent (LOIs) and assists with the due diligence process.
