Debbie A. Weidner

As the longest-tenured employee, Debbie is dedicated to the Firm’s growth and success. She works with the Firm’s management team in policy development, employee relations, and internal operations. Responsible for human resources, she manages compensation, payroll, and benefits. Engaged in recruiting, she attends on-campus events, assists with candidate selections, and oversees employee orientations. Teaming with the Firm’s Controller, she monitors cash flow, accounts receivables, and accounts payables.
